Your 2017 Fitness & Nutrition Plan
The next virtual personal training program starts March 12, 2017 and ends on April 16th, 2017. I’ll teach two Live TRX classes per week (with an option for those of you without a TRX to use dumbbells). My workouts are joint friendly and high intensity. 10 minute warm up, 40 minute workout, 10 minutes of flexibility work. You’ll access my classes online and I’ll be coaching and cuing you live. If you can’t attend the live workout, you’ll schedule a time with me to do the workout at a different time. I won’t be watching you, but I’ll expect that you complete each workout in the program.
The focus is on clean eating. No preservatives, low sugar, low carb. Fresh and healthy food. I’ll provide a monthly meal plan, recipes, cooking classes and grocery lists. It sounds like a lot of work, but I’m going to teach you how to do it on a budget and on auto pilot each week. If I can follow this meal plan, you can 🙂
