Developing fresh new programming for your boot camps and group personal training sessions can become a daunting process.  I know because I’ve been there.  That’s why I’m sharing one of my most popular workouts with you to make things a bit easier for you this month 🙂

This workout is perfect for intermediate to advanced clients, and it does require some basic knowledge of the TRX Suspension Trainer.

It is organized into 4 blocks, utilizing the TRX Suspension Trainer, dumbbells and body weight movements.

The warm up is my favorite part and will kick things off on the right foot with challenging multi-planar/active movements that will raise the heart rate, warm up the joints and build up a sweat!

The playlist includes some fun, upbeat (clean) top 40 hits that will keep everyone focused on the workout while working to the beat of the music.
