This time of year I love a warm and frothy pumpkin spice latte. Typical holiday lattes are filled with sugar and dairy that is going to add unwanted pounds and set you up for an energy crash.  A medium sized pumpkin spiced latte has nearly 400 calories, 13 grams of fat and a whopping 51 carbs.
