Holiday Program FAQ
How much time will I have to commit to my workouts? Most of the workouts are 25 – 30 minutes in length and can be done in your home without equipment. All you need is your workout shoes, a water bottle and a DVD player. Also, your computer or phone for my online personal trainer accountability coaching!
Will I have to spend a lot of time on meal prep or eat a special diet, I’m really busy during the holidays? No, you will not spend a lot of time preparing meals in the kitchen because I provide easy meal plans, grocery lists and more. Most of my recipes are under 5 ingredients and I also teach my clients how to do once per week meal prep, to make the week nights easier (and less stressful). I promote whole foods based meals, no preservatives, no GMOs, low sugar and low grain (low carbs). I also offer vegan and vegetarian plans.
