As much as I love online personal training there is nothing like the personal connection and attention with live personal training. As a certified personal trainer for 25 years, it’s my passion to help my clients improve their lives through health, fitness and wellness.

My live personal training sessions involve a comprehensive movement assessment that will enable me to create the perfect, personalized program for your specific fitness goals and also to focus on core strength, injury prevention, corrective exercises and more.

If it will benefit your goals we will also do weekly accountability check ins involving body composition measurements. I also provide nutrition coaching and daily accountability with meal plans as a part of my comprehensive program for my clients.
